Google Calendar

1. Open Google Calendar
2. From the left hand side box titled Other Calendars click on Add
   
   
3. From the popup menu that appears choose Add by URL
4. Paste the address below in the provided field and click Add Calendar

MAC: iCal

1. Start iCal
2. In the menu, click on File > Subscribe
   
   
3. Paste the address below in the provided field and click Next

4. Give your calendar a name, select an autorefresh period and click Ok

PC: Outlook 2007

1. Start Outlook 2007

2. In the Menu go to Tools > Account Settings

3. Select the Internet Calendars tab & Click on the New button

   
   

4. Paste the address below in the provided field and click Add

5. (optional) Type in a Folder Name and Descripton for your calendar. Click OK
   
   

6. Close the Account Settings

7. Click on the Calendar tab. You should see a new item under My Calendars

8. Check your new calendar from My Calendars to show it up
   
   

PC & MAC: Mozilla Sunbird

1. Start Mozilla Sunbird (free download from www.mozilla.com)
2. In the menu, click on File > Subscribe to Remote Calendar
   
   
3. In the Create New Calendar window choose On the network and click Next
   
   
4. Choose format iCalendar(ICS)
   
   
5. Paste the address below in the provided field and click Next

6. Give your calendar a name and click Next
   
   
7. Click finish

PC: Outlook 2003

1. Close all instances of Outlook.
2. Download and install VSTO 2005 from Microsoft's Downloads Center
3. download and install the Redistributable Primary Interop Assemblies
4. Download the Outlook plugin: Remote Calendars download section
5. Extract and run setup.exe from the downloaded zip file.
6. Once you have Remote Calendars installed, open Microsoft Outlook. It may take a while to load the first time you run it after installing Remote Calendars.
7. When Outlook opens, you'll be presented with the Options Screen. You can tweak these as you like, or leave them as the defaults.
8. You'll notice a new toolbar that looks like this:
9. Click on the "Subscribe a remote calendar" button (the +.)
10. The dialog prompts you for your Remote calendar's url. Copy and paste the address below: http://coachesconsole.com/c/v3/
11. Enter whatever you want for a name for this calendar, and adjust any other settings you like then hit Ok.
    

PC: Windows Calendar on Windows Vista

1. Start Windows Calendar (ships only on Windows Vista)
2. Click on the Subscribe button
3. Paste the address below in the provided field and click Next

4. Type in your Calendar Name and set an Update interval
5. Click Finish
   

Iphone

1. Tap Settings, then Mail, Contacts, Calendars, then Add Account, then Other.

2. In the Server field, enter the address: http://coachesconsole.com/v3/c/

3. Next then click Save

Windows Mobile Phones

Note: Before you change synchronization settings on the phone, disconnect it from your PC.

1. On the Home screen, click Start > ActiveSync > Menu > Configure Server. If you have not yet set up sync with Exchange Server, this will say Add Server Source.

2. In Server address, enter "coachesconsole.com"

3. Check "This server requires and encrypted (SSL) connection", and click Next.

4. Enter your Coaches Console User name, password, and domain name leave blank, and click Next.

5. If you want the phone to save your password so that you will not need to enter it again when connecting, select the Save password check box.

6. Select only the check box Calendar to synchronize with The Coaches Console. (the other items do not support synchronization yet)

7. Click Finish.

NOKIA Phones

Before you start:
* We strongly recommend that you back up any data from your phone using the Nokia PC Suite or other phone management software.
* You'll also need to make sure that your phone is compatible with Mail for Exchange and that you've downloaded the latest version.

To configure the Mail for Exchange application for Google Sync, follow these steps:

1. Open the MfE folder on your phone and start the Mail for Exchange application.
2. Select Yes when prompted to create a new Sync profile.




3. Configure the profile with the following settings:

   • Exchange Server: coachesconsole.com
   • Secure Connection: Yes
   • Access Point: your carrier's Internet access point
   • Sync while roaming: your preferred setting
   • Use default port: Yes
   
   
   
   * Credentials
   
   • Username: Your Coaches Console username
   • Password: Your Coaches Console password
   • Domain: leave empty
   * Sync schedule
   
   • Decide when you want synchronization to happen. Leaving this Always On will ensure your data is always current, but will also consume more battery than other settings.
   
   
   
   * Calendar
   
   • Synchronize Calendar: Enable or disable
   • Sync Calendar back: your preference
   • Initial Sync: Decide if you want to keep existing Calendar events on your phone or replace them all with events synced from Coaches Console.
   * Tasks
   
   • Synchronize Tasks: No
   * Contacts
   
   • Synchronize Contacts: No
   * E-mail
   
   • Synchronize Email: No
